Delete your account

You can delete your Abide TV Control account and all the content tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1. In the app

From the app, go to Settingsto manage your account. If in-app account deletion isn't available on your version, use the email method below instead.

2. By email

Email hello@abidemediagroup.com.au from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We verify that it's your account and then delete it.

What gets deleted

We delete your account and everything associated with it, permanently:

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your paired screens and screen groups.
• Your uploaded media— the images and videos you've added.
• Your web-page items, playlists, layouts and schedules.

This is permanent and can't be undone.

What this does to your TVs

Any Abide TV screens paired to your account are unpaired and stop receiving content. You'd need to set up a new account and pair them again to use them.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What we keep

Nothing tied to your account. We don't retain your content after deletion.
